Following a long period of extreme hip discomfort, my chiropractor suggested I should undertake regular weight bearing exercise. I began training with Leighton 7 months ago and am now completely pain free. My overall fitness has greatly improved with the twice weekly sessions particularly my upper body strength. Paul’s extensive knowledge and experience is ideal too, they make a great team and I can’t recommend them enough.

Leighton has guided me through how I can implement a healthier lifestyle, identified key issues with my flexibility and tailored sessions to suit my personal needs. His knowledge base continually astonishes me and with his invaluable experience I have conquered goals I would have never thought attainable before. I feel fitter now, at 40, than I have done for years and, due to Leighton’s friendly and open demeanour, am now proud to count him as a friend. I have been exercising with Leighton for a few months now originally starting with a home exercise program and help with my nutrition. The program has been easy to follow enabling me to start from scratch, I have built up my fitness- all at an affordable cost! Recently I have started PT sessions, all of which are thought out and compliment the exercises I complete at home. I haven’t exercised in along time and this mix has enabled me to get into a regular routine that I will be able to continue in the future. Leighton’s help and encouragement has been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone!
Best workouts ever, lovely atmosphere & I know some women don’t like going to a gym where men are present but any ladies reading this review I’ve gotta say you don’t know what your missing, get down there and start training for your goals today, you’ll never want to leave, I know I’m never leaving
