We currently run 3 classes per day on weekdays and operate an open gym in the unallocated hours. You must book in advance to attend either a CrossFit class or open gym session, and you must have an active membership. We are unable to facilitate ‘walk-ins’ currently.
You can book a class online by using TeamUp, alternatively you can contact us directly and we will reserve you a place. We use a booking process so that we can monitor numbers and optimise class sizes. We are always looking to add new classes as and when demand requires.
