New to CrossFit?
If you are new to CrossFit you will need to attend our On-Ramp Program which is designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to participate in the everyday classes, and most importantly, ensure your safety. We will teach you specific skills used in CrossFit workouts and you will learn the proper form and technique to conduct movements in a safe and efficient manner.
The On-Ramp Program is suitable for individuals regardless of fitness level, age or experience. CrossFit uses the same routines for beginners and experienced athletes, however the load intensity is modified in accordance with each individual’s abilities. This program allows us to asses you and offer specific, personalised advice at the beginning of your training and evaluate the correct level of intensity for you.
Upon completion, you can then sign up for a membership.
